VISION
To be the premier gateway for global academic and industry partnerships, and a benchmark hub for internal instructional excellence, driving sustainable, high-impact TVET development.
MISSION
To empower trainers with world-class competencies and establish strategic global and local partnerships, ensuring industry-aligned, high-quality, and inclusive technical training that enhances the global competitiveness and economic self-reliance of our graduates.
MESSAGE FROM THE COORDINATOR
“Bridging the gap between TVET excellence and global industry standards by institutionalizing excellence in instructional practice and trainer professional development.”
Welcome to the Department of Linkages, International Partnerships (LIP), and the Teaching and Learning Centre (TLC). At The Eldoret National Polytechnic (TENP), we believe that the quality of our graduates is a direct reflection of the synergy between our instructional depth and our global reach.
The TLC stands as the heart of pedagogical innovation, dedicated to transforming our trainers into world-class facilitators by institutionalizing excellence in instructional practice to match global standards. Simultaneously, our LIP division acts as the institutional gateway, building strategic international alliances to secure dual-training opportunities, facilitate modern trainer upskilling, and benchmark our curricula globally. Together, these divisions ensure our graduates are not just job-ready, but industry leaders.
Mr. David Chepkangor,
Linkages and International Partnerships / Teaching and Learning Coordinator / CBET Champion
