Today 10th February 2025  Dr Lamaon CEO Kass Media (3rd L) paid a courtesy call to The Eldoret National Polytechnic. He was accompanied by Rose Too(Far L) and Jean Masai (Far R). The Chief Principal, Dr Charles Koech ,OGW flanked by DP Administration Mr Emmanuel Meres (2nd R) and DP Academics Madam Penninah Ogutu (2nd L) welcomed the team and discussed areas of mutual cooperation to include mentorship of media trainees and platform for creative talent.

Today Saturday 8-02-2025, The Chief Principal Dr Charles Koech, OGW joined the Institution in cheering TENP Rugby team as they played against University of Kabianga at TENP grounds. TENP won 40:03. 
The chief Principal then received the BETIKA BINGWA FEST trophy where TENP Rugby team had won Silver.

He then held a motivational talk meeting with the TENP hockey team which has collaborated with Kisumu Lakers hockey club where our trainees are playing for the club.

The Eldoret National Polytechnic (TENP) yesterday hosted a high-level delegation from the Republic of Congo (Brazzaville), led by Minister of Technical and Vocational Education, Ghislain Thierry Maguessa Ebome, for a benchmarking visit. TENP is set to mentor the Technological and Vocational Institute of Oyo, Congo. Dr. Paul Murgor, Chairman of the Governing Council, and Dr. Charles Koech, Chief Principal, led the institution in welcoming the delegation, alongside the Director General of TVETA and the CEO of KSTVET.

Monitoring and Evaluation team from CICan visited TENP for an audit on Young Africa Works Kenya - YAWKe TVET program.

Monitoring and Evaluation team from CICan visited TENP for an audit on Young Africa Works Kenya - YAWKe TVET program. The program was started in 2019 and has so far introduced five CBET programs across three departments. The audit is meant to identify gaps for  improvement, generate data for learning and to recommend best practices to be adopted. It will inform future project implementations

Today 28th January 2025. The Eldoret National Polytechnic (TENP) hosted ICT and Digital Economy Cabinet Secretary Hon. William Kabogo, EGH and a team from the Ministry, Konza City and NGAO leadership. The Cabinet Secretary checked on Jitume Program Progress at Jitume Lab and also had a forum with TENP to share Kenya Kwanza policy in digital space. He further held engagement with students encouraging them to use digital space responsibly. He assured the TENP of collaborative efforts to ensure they get better ICT infrastructure.
