Today TENP and UGC led by Gov Dr. Bii J, EGH @+254 705 955368 & Chief Principal Dr. Koech C, OGW@Charles Koech Chief Principal signed a collaborative MOU to enhance training and skilling of trainees through County Medical Facilities in specialized courses in Medical Department including Medical Engineering, Medical & Health records, Pharmacetical technology, Medical laboratory and other medical courses.
This will ensure the trainees access the requisite exposure in Dual Training Programme & Pratical based programmes.

Today we received a team from Colleges and Institutes Canada - CICan who visited TENP for a documentary exercise. The team lead by Kelvin Omwanza - (Monitoring and Evaluation) were received by Dr. Charles Koech - (Chief Principal). The documentary data was collected from the management, the applied research team, plumbing and the agricultural machinery trainees. The documentary is aimed at providing evidence on the successes and impacts of the Young Africa Works Kenya - YAWKe TVET program at TENP.

Today, Friday 21st February 2025, the Institution of Engineering Technologist and Technicians of Kenya (IET-K) members led by the council vice president Yucabed and Hon Secretaty Alice Mutai visited The Eldoret National Polytechnic (TENP) to carry out sensitisation of staff and trainees in the Engineering discipline, on the Engineering Technology Act, No 23 of 2016 and the established regulatory body.

Their visit to TENP focused on discussions about partnerships in E-learning and immersive technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR), Mixed Reality (MR), and Augmented Reality (AR). These advanced technologies have the potential to enhance learning experiences, particularly in engineering courses.
