The Eldoret National Polytechnic (TENP) today, April 27, 2026, played host to this year's World Intellectual Property Day.

Chief Principal Dr. Charles Koech (far right) accorded the guests a warm reception at his main campus office.
The guests were led by Administration Secretary in the state department of Industry Karanja Njora (signing the visitors book), who represented Principal Secretary Dr. Juma Mukhwana.
Mr. Njora was accompanied by (from left) Chairman of TENP Council Dr. Paul Murgor, Kenya Industrial Property Institute (KIPI) board member Evelyne Mbaabu, Ministry of Sports official Kipchumba Ruto and KIPI Deputy Managing Director Stephen Ngeno.This year's theme is IP and Sports: Ready, Set and Innovative.
