On 18th March 2026, The Eldoret National Polytechnic, in partnership with Kenya Youth Organization (KYO) - Uasin Gishu chapter, undertook a successful tree planting exercise in three schools;

Ngeria Primary, Ngeria Girls Senior School, and Tulwop Ngetuny Comprehensive School.
The exercise aimed to promote environmental consciousness among learners and foster in them a culture of sustainability.
